We design new private and public sewage pump stations (lift stations) and upgrade existing ones: capacity increases, pump and control panel replacements, emergency power and full rehabilitation with bypass pumping.
Our design calculations cover design flows and peak factors, wet well sizing and pump cycle, buoyancy, system curves, pump selection and force main hydraulics, including networks where several stations share one force main. Stations are designed to the utility’s standards and to the flood criteria, and we stay through start-up testing and certification.
